Our strategy development & consulting package is perfect for both short term jobs and larger projects.
Proven domain experts, Vlad Sherbatov or Rafael Rositsan (and sometimes both) will personally dive into your business, competitors and industry in order to deliver a custom digital action plan, recommendations, competitor research and proposed next steps.
You can choose to execute the proposed action plan with your internal marketing team, or use our tactical services and team of experts. In either case, we’ll be around to assist as needed.

What to expect
Introduction: You will complete an intake form to help us better understand your business goals, challenges and other details to help us get aligned.
Our Account Director may follow up with you over the phone to clear up any details, before passing the file on to Vlad or Raf, depending on availability.
Research: Vlad/Raf will spend 8-12 hours analyzing your business from a digital marketing standpoint, including but not limited to:
Website audit
Customer journey and UX audit
Paid advertising audit and strategy (PPC on Google, Bing, Facebook, etc.)
Search engine optimization audit and strategy (SEO)
Content audit both on site and off site (PR)
Conversion optimization and landing page audit
Social media activity audit
Competitor analysis
Industry leader analysis
We create a detailed presentation outlining our findings, along with a specific action plan and recommendations for what needs to happen next to drive more ROI, with more efficiency, at higher scale.
Deliverable: We set up a 90 minute video call to present the findings to you and your team. The video call is recorded, so you always have the full presentation video for future reference.
Execution: Once we are aligned on the final next steps for your business, you may choose to execute the proposed strategy internally, or utilize the Simplee Digital team of experts.
If you execute yourself, your consulting package includes two follow up calls of 30 minutes each. One in 30 days and one in 60 days.
If you choose to engage Simplee Digital, we will talk all the time anyway, so we will offer a discount of $500 in the first month of working together, in lieu of the consulting follow up calls.

Vlad Sherbatov
Vlad is a 15 year marketing veteran specializing in driving high ROI with digital marketing, at scale.
As pioneer in the Canadian FinTech space, Vlad helped newly created companies become industry leaders by building up their digital acquisition infrastructure from ground up.
He is a keynote speaker and thought leader in the Canadian marketing and financial sectors, and was awarded the Top 25 Leaders in Lending Award in 2019, by the Canadian Lenders Association.
As a passionate entrepreneur, Vlad sees every client’s business as his own, with no room for cutting corners or wasteful tactics that don’t work. He is well versed in a variety of industries and global regions, with a particular specialty in the financial sector.
Rafael Rositsan
Rafael is an entrepreneur with 12 years of experience in helping brands and business owners generate millions of dollars in revenue using digital marketing.
He has helped real estate developers sell out condos, manufacturing brands become industry leaders, hotels and resorts to sell out accommodations, and financial companies get new business through innovative platforms that he built.
He’s managed millions of dollars in media spend on Google & Facebook Ads, always focusing on sales and revenue.
Rafael created digital strategies for publicly traded and private companies in various industries, including tech, cannabis, healthcare, luxury retail, real estate, financial sector and more.
